Hi, I hope returning bedside nurses can share their job-seeking experiences with me, and how they were able to successfully return to the bedside. 

I took some time away from floor nursing and want to start applying for bedside nursing positions at the hospital. How can I increase my chances of finding a bedside nursing position? I would greatly appreciate any positive advice etc. Thank you so much:)

find out if the hospitals you apply to have an in-house refresher for nurses returning to the bedside. maybe talk about extending your orientation length. most hospitals are willing to work with nurses returning to the bedside.
