I don't think you're going to find a nursing program you can do online. You would be looking for a pre-licensure program. There are a few online schools that allow you to go from an LPN or paramedic license to RN. I don't know of any schools that do an online pre-licensure program. Maybe someone else does.
So much of nursing school is experiential. You have clinical rotations and simulation lab. You need to learn hands-on skills. I don't know how you would do that online. I don't know how you could be evaluated if you did.
I re-read my comment and realized it wasn't really helpful. There are many routes to become a nurse. I'm only discussing RN, because it is a much more marketable credential than lpn. The quickest, most direct route for a person who already has a bachelor's degree is a second degree program. There are many of them around the country. I don't know where you live so I can't tell you where to go. In my area, Penn State has a program that results in an RN/BSN degree in 18 months, not including prerequisites. I can't tell you anything about pre-reqs. They vary from school to school. You would have to find a program (or programs) and ask them what they require.
There are also Masters degrees that lead to entry level nursing credentials. I know nothing about them.
My suggestion is that you google "second degree BSN" and see what you can find. Good luck.

Google? That is too much work for these people. Essentially what the OP is looking for is someone to do all the research for him or her. We live in the Internet age, yet people do not want to take any form of initiative to find information online that can be found within 60 seconds. Instead, they come on forums like these and start threads so that others can provide and spoon fed them the information. Do you notice how they like to abbreviate everything, even if it means the reader have to google the info just to understand their Post. Just plain lazy!
I have a bachelors in sociology and spent 6 semesters getting my pre-reqs done just to apply. Granted I didn't have the right science courses but because of the competitiveness of the programs in my area I ended up having to retake everything from my first degree but my statistics class because the minimum GPA being accepted was falling in the 3.7 range.
I'm not saying that is what will happen for you but just saying that a previous degree might not help you any more than being a freshman out of high school.
There are a few programs that are online but you have to organize your clinical hours yourself local to you and they are very difficult because it's hard to find hospitals/nurses willing to do that and they are very expensive.
I would suggest looking at your local colleges to see what their requirements are, then call and find out what the average admission stats are (like percent admitted, average GPA, average % that complete the program, 1st time NCLEX pass rate) those things are going to be more important overall that getting it done fast and online.
I did the Texas Tech second degree program after discovering how worthless my first degree was. It was one of the best decisions of my life and I highly recommend it. However, it is an online program, but you MUST (and I mean MUST) live near one of the campus locations because you do have to go to clinical and campus 2-4times a week for 12hr shifts and test reviews.
Good luck
You can look into master's entry (pre-licensure) programs for people who have a degree in something other than nursing. Clinical Nurse Leader is typically one of those programs. online programs aren't really an option if you aren't already licensed as a RN. My program has a large component to it online but we still have in-person classes, of course clinical days, and simulation/lab. Nursing school is very hands on. Our in class lectures are only one day a week but I still go to school 3-4 days a week because of clinicals and labs.
