Hi! I just turned in my application for the APU ELM summer 2014 cycle. I don't think my stats are very good, so I'm a little worried. I have a 3.2 GPA from UCSD as a human bio major, 3.6 pre-req GPA, EMT for 1 year, and president of a volunteer organization. If anyone has similar stats and got in, it'd make me feel a lot better about my chances =)
Hey Everyone! I feel like I'm a little late to the party, but I was recently accepted (letter in December) to the Inland Campus Summer '14 cohort as well, but I cannot find the fb page... can someone help a girl out? Also I'll be moving from Oregon and was wondering if anyone knew of where to live that wasn't requiring an arm/leg for rent?
Hey guys,
I know our cohort start date is still a bit far, but I have a few questions for previous cohorts students just in case any comes across this thread:
1/ First where about do the clinical rotations take place? Are they concentrated around the 626 area, or all over LA? I am concerned about this because I would need to figure out transportation and commute.
2/ How hard is the material? How strict is the grading? Does homework count for the final grade?
3/ Has it happened that a student had to be dropped out of your cohort due to poor academic performance?
Thank for your replies!
