Hello future nursing students. Is there anyone applying for the nursing 2+2 BSN program for Summer 2017?It would be nice to chat with you guys about the BSN program.

Hello... Yayy that's great news !! Hopefully you get in. I've heard many great things about this BSN program and of course the best part it's only 2 years but I've heard it's a very rigorous program as well... hope you get in !!

I have heard really good things about the school. I don't really know how the school or program is yet. I was accepted for the Summer 2017 cohort, so I will begin in May 2017

Hi, I'm just wondering how is that that one of you guys applied for Summer 2017, which Feb 1 is the deadline, already heard back? How does that screening process go?

I didn't apply for summer 2017. I applied for spring 2017 and they accepted me for summer. I was an alternate for spring, but no spots opened so I was accepted for summer. Did you apply?

The next step would be the interview. They will be calling some people for an interview, but I do not think everyone gets an interview. Don't worry if you don't get an interview. After they are done with all the interviews, you will get a call if you are accepted. They called me for the interview a week or 2 after the deadline date. I didn't get my acceptance call until a month and a half after the interview, but that was probably because I was accepted for summer. The people who got accepted for spring got their call earlier.

Thanks for the info. Just to clarify, you said the interview is only for some and not all? Even if you dont get an interview, there's still a chance of getting in? The deadline was Feb 1, is it safe to say next week or the week after is when we'd hear something? Thanks for your time

I really don't know. But That is what Julie said in the informational meeting I went to. I don't know how long it will take for them to call for the interview. I know that I got a call a week or 2 after the deadline, but I was the first person they called for an interview (that's what they guy said) so it could take longer.
