Azusa Pacific University (APU) ELM Spring 2024

Updated:   Published

Hi!
I didn't see a thread created for the APU ELM Spring 2024 intake so I decided to get one started. Feel free to introduce yourself, post your thoughts, or ask any questions you may have!

Good luck on your nursing journey!

Has anyone heard anything back from the IE campus yet? I have not heard anything yet. Getting really nervous.

Congratulations to those who got admitted.

For those who has not heard anything back yet. I think there is a sad news for those who haven not got admitted including me. I just called my admission presentative and asked about my application status. He said they already sent out all the notices to people who got accepted. And the people who did not hear anything back are on the waitlist now. I applied for the Monrovia campus and I will continue to apply for the next semester.

Good Luck to all of you guys!

Oh no, I had a feeling ? I haven't heard back from Monrovia either. Are they able to tell you how you can improve on future applications OR what number you are on the waitlist?

I'm so sorry for those who are still waiting or didn't get an offer for admissions. Continuing applying every semester I know you deserve it and all of your hard work will be acknowledged. There's other schools so keep applying and don't give up. I wish you all the best of luck.

Hello all!

I was accepted into the Inland Empire campus ELM program! Has anyone receive their invite? I can't wait to get to know you all!

Good luck to all of those still seeking admission! I know it's a nail-biting wait, but I know you all can make it!

Does anyone know how long the program is including NP portion ? Someone said 5 and I feel like that's way too long for an accelerated program

I believe it is 3-5 years. The BSN portion is 18 months long, that's the accelerated part. The MSN part can be taken part time or full time but it isn't accelerated. That's why there's a range of when it can be completed.

No, he did not tell me how to improve for future applications and he said he did not know the ranks of the waitlist.

Has anyone been able to log in to their account ?

Hey Vincent,

By any chance have you heard back? I was also "waitlisted".

I was waitlisted for the fall 2023 intake and know how you feel. Pretty much when this happened to me the admin rep said that acceptance is based on whether the people in the program decide to drop.  I was kept on the waitlist until the first day of the fall semester and that's when they sent me a formal denial letter. I was told to reapply and encourage you to continue reapplying!
