Just want to know your experience as an RN, What is the pay rate? I got a job offer in cvicu stepdown? Patient/ nurse ratio, are the benefits good, pro and cons of aventura hospital I know it's really pretty but do they care about the nurses. Is there a lift team, does phelobomy help draw labs, is there a rapid response team etc. Any information about aventura hospital work wise I would to know what I'm getting myself into before I accept a job there

Did you take the job? I was recently looking at that hospital myself and was wondering the same thing. I've heard bad things about HCA owned hospitals though, so I'm cautious.
