AVC Fall 2022

Hi All! 

Thought I would create a new topic for AVC's Fall 2022 RN applicants. As of right now, I applied with 65 points; however, I am going to retake my TEAS for a higher, overall score. Anyone else willing to share their points?

I just called, they said they are behind still. Someone in the office is no longer working there so they are also short staffed. She wasn’t able to give me an estimate on when we might hear back. I’m so nervous but at least I can stop checking my emails every hour ?

LOL! Thank you for doing that! ? For everyone that applied (and working), do you plan on working FT or PT? I plan to stick to my FT career (this is a second career change for me). *If we get accepted, of course.

I’m planning on working PT so I can keep my benefits.

That's a good idea! To keep benefits, is there a certain amount of hours one needs to work?

I work 12 hour shifts, I need to work 2 a week to stay part time.

Just checked my personal email and nothing is there... I'll check my school account soon... When did you find this out? How cool!

I called to follow up but we never know. They cant release any info until they sent out the letter.

Applying with 80 points. This is my second attempt though. Had to repeat TEAS. Hope we all get in.
