Authorization to Test in GA - Timing?

Does anyone know how long it typically takes to receive your Authorization to Test (to take the NCLEX) in Georgia after graduating and having the forms submitted?

I am still waiting on my ATT here in KY. It's been approx. 2 weeks already, and they told me to give them up to 4 weeks. Orientation starts for my new job first of May. I am gettin worried.:uhoh21:

I think it is 4 weeks, but most people i know said they got theres in a week or so, if there were no problems.

Received mt ATT two weeks after graduation. Made my appt. to test the same day. Got the first appt available and found out a week ago that I"m a NURSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After being approved by Georgia BON, it only took 2 days for me to receive ATT via E-mail Took 3 (business days) for approval by BON ater my school submitted forms. I think it was so fast because I had already registered with PearsonVue.

FYI: I graduated May 13th and received my ATT on May 26th. (I believe the GA BON received my app on May 18th). I'm scheduled to take the NCLEX on June 8th...and very much look forward to getting through that!

Congrats! I can only imagine how you feel to be through with it all! I am so tired but I must continue! I have 2 weeks left in this quarter, then I will start my last 11 weeks of this journey! Sometimes it seems so close but then so far away. The next time I see "accelerated", I am going to haul butt in the opposite directions!! :chair: :rotfl:
