Hi, I saw that there was no thread for the fall 2025 entry for Augusta University

Since I did not get an interview I am assuming I will not be getting in. For those of you that did get an interview, please share your stats if you don't mind. I would like to know how to improve my application for next year.

- I have 14 years of ICU experience.
- I currently work closely with CRNAs at an outpatient surgery center.
- I do not have CCRN because I have been in PACU for the last 2 years and do not meet the current ICU hour requirement to take it.
- GRE 308

- My GPA is not stellar from some poor choices 20 years ago. Overall GPA is 3.01, last 60 hour GPA is 3.89.

"This year, we received a record number of applications, making the competition exceptionally strong. We are pleased to report that we had hundreds of highly qualified applicants. Unfortunately, due to the overwhelming number of applications, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer you an interview at this time.

The selection process was extremely challenging, and the average GPA of applicants who were invited for interviews was 3.76, with a science GPA of 3.7, an average three years of ICU experience, and with 77% holding certifications such as CCRN or other critical care credentials. Furthermore, candidates typically demonstrated 30-40 hours of shadowing experience"

A part of my rejection letter.

I'm sorry 😕 did you get a chance to interview?

Has anyone else heard anything? When are we supposed to hear tomorrow if someone had to guess. Getting anxious to say the least.

Just checked my portal again. Still nothing.

Does anyone know how they will be notifying us of rejection or acceptance? I know interviews are done & they are making decisions tomorrow, but will those decisions be sent out via email or standard mail?
