Hi, I saw that there was no thread for the fall 2025 entry for Augusta University

Hey guys out of curiosity how did you guys hear about decision date and is that this upcoming Friday? Thanks

I interviewed on Friday and they said we were the last group and they were meeting to make a final decision Friday

Awesome sounds good thank you!

I'm wondering if we'll actually hear back on Friday though. If they are meeting to make decisions on Friday it's very unlikely that they're going to send out acceptances/denials same day (but not impossible). I'm just hoping we hear back before Christmas. Praying that we all get good news soon!

Will they be calling us even if we don't get in? Or are they just calling acceptances?

got a rejection letter officially today! Good luck to everyone out there

Specializes in ICU, PACU.

You will receive an email that there is an update in your AU portal. The rejection letter will be uploaded into the portal. That is how it happened last year. I have not heard anything since I submitted my application at the beginning of October.

Still have not heard anything post interview here

I interviewed in the first session, still haven't heard back yet. Just checked my portal and no updates so far. Praying for some good news soon.

you already got notified?

Since I did not get an interview I am assuming I will not be getting in. For those of you that did get an interview, please share your stats if you don't mind. I would like to know how to improve my application for next year.

- I have 14 years of ICU experience.
- I currently work closely with CRNAs at an outpatient surgery center.
- I do not have CCRN because I have been in PACU for the last 2 years and do not meet the current ICU hour requirement to take it.
- GRE 308

- My GPA is not stellar from some poor choices 20 years ago. Overall GPA is 3.01, last 60 hour GPA is 3.89.

You need 1 year of ICU experience to apply. Also CCRN is a lot of points according to what they said during the interview. The overall GPA / science is worth a lot too
