Augusta Univ-MSN/CNL- Fall 2019 Entry

Hello Everyone! Is anyone here planning to apply to AU MSN/CNL program for Fall 2019? Also, is anyone here who is currently in the program? Too bad the forum doesnt let me PM yet to users. [h=1][/h]

Do we know or have any idea how full each program is?

Just as an update for anyone in a similar situation that I described earlier, my friend got put on a wait list. So no idea when he will hear! If anyone has read previously (or has experience) on whether you won't hear until summer or if he could hear sooner, please let me know!

I guess btw March and April as per 2018 thread. I learnt last yr the average Overall GPA for those accepted was 3.4 with GRE of 301. Furthermore, every available seat had about three competitive candidates/applicants . I didn't know the Admission process was that competitive

I also found out I was waitlisted today. I e-mailed Emily about the process/ timeline and she said that every time the committee meets to review applications those who were waitlisted will be reviewed with the new applicants. She said they would pull from the waitlist through the summer months.

That's super helpful, thanks! To be clear, that means that either of you have the potential to be accepted as early as next month but as far out as June?

I also received a waitlist letter today. I was planning on emailing Emily to see if the waitlist was ranked in any way and to see if she would know about how many applicants are accepted off of the waitlist. Hopefully we all receive good news in the next few months!

From what i learn, overall GPA above 3.4 have a better chance to get admitted, below 3.25 waitlisted. That's my finding from previous students

I am graduating from UGA in May with a degree in Human Development and Family Science.

Waitlisted

GPA: 3.58

Previous healthcare experience working as a therapy technician in 2 different clinics 100+ hours

did not take GRE
