I currently work at an occupational health clinic and mobile unit as a nurse practitioner. My boss has approached me to discuss going to a certification class to learn how to revise audiometric baselines when STS occurs. My question is, does anyone know of a class that would provide me with this certification and is this within the scope of a nurse practitioner? I cant seem to find any concrete information on either. thank you.

You can take the CAOHC supervisory course but only an Audiologist or Physician can make a baseline revision. So you'd just be taking the course for informational purposes only.
You can, and should, take a CAOHC certification course to obtain an Occupational Hearing Conservationist certification if you're responsible for reviewing and certifying audiograms
