Hey David
I am a three year RN and am wanting to get into a trauma ICU or cardiac ICU if I could. My first 6 months experience was on a 32 bed telemetry unit and then after that I've worked for a tiny 25 bed critical access hospital for the last 2+ years in the what they call an ICU. I also float to OB and have experience with laboring patients and newborn care as well. I have certifications in ACLS, PALS, STABLE, FHM, NRP and TNCC. Any thoughts on whether or not it would be difficult for me to land a job? I'm also just a few classes away from my BSN and have the CCRN study book with intentions to get this when I have enough true ICU time. Thanks!!
