Anyone here submitted the declaration of nursing education form ? the yellow paper? I was wondering how long did it took for you guys to receive your ATT?. I just want to know how long so i can adjust my review schedule.. im so anxious i dont want to cram up reviewing when i receive my ATT suddenly . And also I am so slow in reviewing ...but when i hurry it up i dont think it registers in my mind ...i easily forget it. I dont know if its a good thing or a bad thing too to review like this >.

I haven't received my ATT until now.. I called the board for LVN they told me that mine takes 2-3 more months? I called like August i think..

I can't remember what month, but it was last year around September-dec.
