agreed! I'm open to anything and that's cool about peds! I'd love to end up somewhere L+D or NICU but as a new grad I'm also open to general med/surg.

have any of you done an interview for this residency? I was told to sign up for one of their interview days, but those are all for "experienced nurses".

I signed up for one of them a couple months ago, and I got an email from a recruiter telling me that it was for experienced nurses only.
