Atlantic cape community college

Has anyone applied to atlantic cape community college in the past or are you going to in the spring of 2015?

I applied for the Fall 2014 class and I am currently attending :) I LOVE it, but it is INTENSE. We have lecture for 2 hours on Mondays and Thursdays and lab for 8 hours on Tuesdays and Wednesdays until clinicals start mid-October. I'm not sure how many people applied, but there are 63 people in our class. I got an 85 on the TEAS and had A's in English, Psych and Soc and an A- in Anatomy. Based on conversations with classmates, the lowest TEAS score I've heard was a 78 and everyone I've spoken to has had A's in every pre-req, except Anatomy- I have talked to a few other people with B+'s or A-'s... a B seems to be acceptable in Anatomy so long as your TEAS is good and all other classes are A's. If you have any questions just ask :)

I have a 4.0 for my pre req's. Now I am just worried about getting a good score on the teas exam. I am hoping to get an 80 at least. How long did you have to wait before your heard whether or not you were accepted? Did you apply anywhere else?

As long as you do well on the TEAS you should be fine. Applications are due on June 1st and everyone got their letters on June 24. I was accepted to the LPN program at the tech school and I was holding off enrolling until I heard back from ACCC. The LPN program was my back up plan. I didn't really consider applying to any other community colleges because 1) most schools only accept students from their own county to selective programs and 2) I would have to pay out of county rates $$$

You just made my day! I'm in the same boat as you: A's in everything except A&P 1 I had an A- and I got an 84% on the TEAS! Applying for fall :)

I'm sure you got accepted, right?? :)
