Atlanta NurseResidency programs

Hello

I'll be graduating nursing school with my BSN in August of 2020. I wanted to know if anyone had any information on when the nurse residency applications will open up. I really want to work in critical care and as of right now I don't have a preference as far as hospitals. I currently live in Illinois and will be moving immediately after graduation, so any information will help. Thank you in advance!!!

Thank you, but I don’t graduate until August 2020. I wanted to know when do they usually post the nurse resdency applications. Is it usually in April?

Specializes in NICU.

Usually hospitals will have residencies around the time of graduations (May and Dec.) with a start two months after those graduations (most graduates have passed NCLEX two months after graduation). Some hospitals may have several throughout the year, but the main ones will be Aug and Feb starts.
