Is anyone able to tell me what the avg pay for RN with 1-2 years experience? We are looking to move end of this year or summer next year. I am hoping to be done or close to done with my RN-BSN program by then. I am also looking for pediatrics. I am currently in ER right now and would prefer to stay there but I am not opposed to going into other areas. Just as long as its in peds. Can anyone recommend any hospitals that has pediatrics? If so, hows the pay/hiring process/ more importantly the morale of the hospital? Thank you all in advance
