ATI Critical Thinking Entrance Exam

Published

Hello;

I am looking for information on the ATI Critical Thinking Entrance Exam. In California I never heard of it from any of the nursing programs I applied to. Now (in Georgia) I'm told if my TEAS meets the threshold (75 for my school, I got a 90,) I will be invited to take the critical thinking exam.  The examples I found look like the critical thinking questions on the TEAS.  Can anyone confirm this for me? And if not, can anyone point me to a good place to study or familiarize myself with the exam?  I found some flashcards on quizlet, which is where I got the idea that they're like the critical thinking questions on the TEAS.

TIA

Mary Did you end up taking your exam? I couldn't find any study material either.

Hi, my exam is this Tuesday 4/26. I'm still looking for something. If nothing else, I'll brush up on my logical fallacies.

I've already taken the exam last week and I didn't score high enough. I'm in California and I had to take a test similar to TEAS and also the ATI Critical Thinking. For the Critical thinking exam the school did not provid any study material. The categories are analysis, evaluation, explanation, inference, and self regulation. They mentioned a book that might be helpful. How2become

Critical Thinking Tests: Understanding Critical Thinking Skills

Thank you so much for the resource!

This pdf is from ATI I was given it after the fact. However the questions on here are very similar! If I would of had this prior I could have passed. Hope this helps!

My test is tomorrow morning! Thank you!

So how did it go????

That document helped me focus and I did pretty well.  I did well over the cutoff score for my school and well enough to be competitive as well.  Thanks!

Glad to help. Congrats! Any other resources you found helpful??

I did find some sample questions on the flashcard section of quizlet, but you kind of have to dig to find them.  First you get flashcards about what critical thinking is, rather than sample questions.
