ATI for each class

We found out right before finals that starting next qtr. we will have to take an ATI test for each class and it will count for 10% of our grade.

Anyone have any feedback? Good, bad, ugly?

Should I start going over it now? They gave us our ATI for Fundamentals already.

Any thoughts, ideas, all are appreciated.

Thanks :)

ATI is nothing new to our nursing program. We have had the ATI test for all of our subjects.. and goodness it's a struggle.. The MAJOR stressor is the Predictor because we HAVE TO PASS IT with a 76.1% or higher to pass the program. We have 3 chances but if you have a repeat course you only have 2 chances to take it. If you do not pass on you given chances you are kicked out of the program. I have always reviewd the Topics to review and have done the online practice test and have paid attention to the correct answers and have also reviewed the rationales. Also reading the ATI books and doing the practice questions at the end of the chapters It has helped alot.

My situation is I took the Predictor on 12/17 and I scored a 75% just shy of a passing score :smackingf So I have to remediate and take a 4 week online NCLEX course and then retake the predictor test in the end of january. I'll be taking FORM A.. is there anyone out there who has taken the Form A Predictor?? If so would you be willing to share your topics to review, so I can just freshen up on potential subject matter ?? Or any help you be greatly apprecaited. I hate how our program holds the predictor against you and moving on to become a RN. I passed in my last 2 semesters with A's and B's in my classes and have done outstandingly well in the clinical setting.. but this darn test is getting in the way.. soo please anyone out there reach out to me.. LOL

We have ATI as an exit exam for each of out classes after you've passed the class. Next semester with will have ati at the end of class, but to graduate we have to pass the HESI, they don't use the comprehensive ATI predictor test and I wish they would because I have gotten level 3 on all but 2 of my ATIs.
