ASU Summer/Fall 2015 prospective students!

Hi guys! First post here.

I've been doing everything very last minute because things weren't going how I had hoped, but out of no where things were going my way.

I just took the TEAS and I got "85.3%". I have a 4.0 overall/selective GPA and I was told I needed at least an 80% to be competitive. I think that puts me at 1.85 for my advancement score, so I'm really thankful and excited! I just hope that's competitive enough for the fall cohort.

I still need to get my MMR/TB results (and potential boosters if needed) and upload them on the website but I already have my appointment for this Friday.

Anyway, I'm still completing 2 of the required pre-req courses but the grades will definitely not be posted by May 15th. Am I supposed to fill out petitions for these classes? I'm a little confused.

Hi! Good job on your TEAS score and GPA!

I am also applying for 2015 summer program with 3.93 gpa and 85 on TEAS.

I had the same question before I registered my last pre-req class, and I was told that I must choose a class that ends before May so that I can send the transcript by May 15 (because grades are usually posted a week after the last day of class & ASU admissions takes a week to process your transcript).

However, I think you can solve the problem by filling out a petition. There must be some students who are in the same situation. You definitely have to talk to your adviser! :)

Congrats to BOTH of you on the awesome advancement scores!!! I am hoping and praying for Summer with a 1.757 advancement score.

I am also in the same situation with classes not ending until May 15, and I had to talk with my professor and thank God she is super nice and is letting me take my final before everyone else, so I don't think it will be a problem. See if you professors will allow you to do that so your grades are posted early. If not, fill out a petition!
