I'm new to this so sorry if it has already been discussed. I am looking at getting my BSN online (I just recently became an RN and went to school in Michigan). I live in the east valley and and more interested in NAU but am wondering how it works doing clinicals then and if I have to drive to Flagstaff. Also which school is easier to get into or are they both competitive for RN-BSN program. I know I will have to take a few pre-reqs, too. Any advice on either school would be really appreciated, especially those who did either one and wouldn't mind a few questions from me :)

I still have one more year to go for my RN but have started looking into obtaining my BSN as well in the Phoenix metro area. FYI in case you didn't know, there is also University of Phoenix, Grand Canyon University, and Chamberlain here in town that offer online options. Clinicals for NAU are done here locally so you do not have to go up to Flagstaff. Supposedly, NAU is less expensive than ASU. If you get tuition reimbursement this may not be an issue depending on policy. It is my understanding that some programs offer RN to MSN as well - still need to follow up on this aspect as well. I do know that most of the schools want to see all of your unofficial transcripts to help determine what steps are next.
