Associates degree for Air Force?

I am not sure, but I think I read on the site here about the AF Reserves taking associates degrees if they were working towards the bachelors. Am I right or is this wishful thinking?

You need a bachelors degree for the Air Force. You can start your paperwork in your senior year of nursing school, though. http://www.airforce.com/careers/subcatg.php?catg_id=3&sub_catg_id=2
