Assisted Living - What eMAR/EHR software to use???

I am researching eMAR (and potentially EHR) for my assisted living facility but am having a hard time finding software tailored to our kind of environment. Please comment and let me know what software suites are used in this type of environment and if you can, give me your opinion on it's usability. Thank you!
