Aspiring to Become a USRN :)

Hello everyone! I am new to the site and I hope to get some good advices from you all. 2MzmrmldDUluFszY4BeNRUhFw8YnK8nLzkBNSYABAA==

I am a registered nurse in the Philippines but never had an experience working in a hospital. I didn't even expose myself to short term nursing related trainings after graduation (2012). I worked as a Call Center agent for 4 years, resigned last year and found my now fiance, at the same year. 2MzmrmldDUluFszY4BeNRUhFw8YnK8nLzkBNSYABAA==

My fiance is an American who lives in Chicago and we are currently waiting for my fiance visa to be approved. I wanted to pursue my nursing career in Illinois once I get there, eventually. And I heard from a few folks that i can be a registered nurse there even if I don't have the experience, I just need to pass NCLEX. I googled the requirements to apply as a nurse in my preferred state and found out that I need to present a CES to the state's BON. I've read one article from this site that CGFNS does CES. I just need to create an account to their site and pay the service for $350.00 before I can get the pre-filled forms and present them to my high school, nursing school and the licensing agency which is called PRC here. The article also stated that it's best to work on my CES while still in the Philippines to avoid any hassle of asking somebody to do it for me. Please let me know if I understood the process correctly. Enlighten me. TIA!
