Anyone accepted into the ABSN program at Ashland for fall 2020? Any thoughts on the program?

I'm about to apply! I was also hoping to hear from graduated cohorts. I think there are some facebook groups but I haven't been able to find them yet. It might be worth private messaging some of the previous posters, unfortunately I'm unable to because I just created this account.

I graduate from ashland university nursing program class 2018. Please please please stay away from this school . Clinical instructors WILL make you cry and fill awful. My clinical instructors was yelling at me that I am too slow during 2nd day of my first clinical experience. My friend is black, so she had even harder time. She was getting pt in isolation all the time or worse patient on unit. (She had to re-take ALL exams for peds class, because instructor was thinking that she was cheating, so for professor piece of mind my friend was re-taking exam for no grade ). Mental health professor take questions from test bank, med surg 1 lecture from the book, so purchase book and highlight it as much as you want. Med surg 2 is hard (I barely pass). When I was done with program I did not feel ready for final state exam. My class was 60 people only 47 made it to the end. At east 2 people left college for good and went to other university. Please do not make the same mistake what I did. Stay away from this school.

Hi, I just received my acceptance letter for Spring 2021. Did you end up choosing Ashland? If so, how is your first semester going?

Hello Was just accepted into the fall 2021 cohort. Can anyone give me more information as I was not given much? An email to a counselor or something would be great as well! to those who are in the program currently, how is it?
