I got an email from them this morning that placed me in a band. I'm not sure what determines which band you're in but I got band 2! I don't know if that's good or bad.

Yes, and the higher your band score the more likely you'll get an interview.

Yah I got placed in band 2 before and unfortunately never even heard back because all those in band one had already got the positions.
