Hi they do on the spot hiring. I believe the window to apply closed the 23rd of august so we should be hearing back soon if we got selected to go to the hiring event.

Hi! just received an email saying I was placed on a band 4, my friend was placed on band 2, but neither of us took a test. How did they figure this? Does anybody have knowledge of how the process works? Thank you.

I also just received an email and was placed into band 2. I think it is based on questions we answered in the application.

oh OK, I honestly don't remember what questions were asked. I remember the application said we would need to take a test, but nothing ever came through.

I don't recall there being a test. Super strange, have no idea how do placements. A friend of mine got placed into band 4.

I was placed into band 2. Other than the email I received regarding band placement, I haven't heard anything yet.

Thank you! I believe ED they didn't specify on the phone call but they did say they will be emailing out further information tomorrow for the hiring event Monday.
