Besides being a CNA with no reports of unethical behavior would this even be relevant to the BON if trying to get granted a NCLEX-LPN testing seat unfortunate for me I figured to start LVN school and I'm just so unsure if I'm wasting my time but I have faith that is why I am still in school. Unfortunatly the school I am attending had another director that quit because she obviously was going things that were unethical and I was granted entrance to the program. Thank god now I fortunately got a great director at my school who is a RN and is a law enforcement officer as well and he gave my advice to practice my right of hiring a BON attorney so that's what I'm doing its just so stressful having that thought in the back of my mind. Any advice???? I appreciate feedback whether it is too my liking or not so please do so.

I got a DUI in 2002 and passed the NCLEXpn in 2005 got my license no prob. I got another DUI in 2007. Countless doctors and nurse managers wrote to the board begging them not to revoke my license and they didn't. However they issued me a citation that ended up making it impossible to get a different job anywhere other than where I was already working, even after I expunged both DUIs (expunging is the same as unconvincing. It shows up as dismissed) I applied at hundreds of hospitals and they all denied me because of the dui arrest in 2007 because that citation pops up when they verify my lvn licence. so I gave up and stayed in my small hometown that I dreamed of leaving
