Army Nurse Corps Reserves

First post so please bear with me. I am interested in joining the ANC on a reserve basis. I have prior service as an active duty member for 3 years in the Army. I completed my BSN in 2008 and have been working as an ER/ICU nurse since. I have a question about rank based on prior service and civilian experience. I am having my packet submitted this month, have processed through MEPS and everything is in a holding pattern now as I wait. One recruiter told me I would go in as an O2-E and the other said O1-E. Which is correct. I have already been assigned a hospital about an hour and a half from my home (which is acceptable). Just wondering if there is a certain formula for determining what is correct based on my service. Thanks for the time.
