This question is more for the recruiters than anyone, but hey if you are able to help answer it, please do. THANKS!
I was trained as a 91c back in the late 80s at San Antonio (phase I) and then Ft Gordon (phase II). I have been out of nursing for a while (over 10 years), and I am currently taking a refresher course. I will finish it in December. My problem is, I need to obtain some information from the d.o.n. for the 91c program. I understand that it has changed to something like 91y(?). Does anyone know where do I send my paperwork to? Ft. Sam or Ft Gordon? I need to get it in the mail asap, so I really will appreciate the help very much! Thanks!

You may try contacting the AMEDD Center and School Registrar's office. Below is a description of what they can do for former students.
Office of the Registrar
Provide full registrar services to current and past students by ensuring the full documentation of academic records for courses taught by the AMEDDC&S, including prime source employment verification and professional registry boards and course documentation to the American Council on Education for college credit recommendations . Provide quality assurance of Academic Evaluation Reports.
POC: 210-221-8426

Oh and FYI, the designation for 91Cs is now 91WM6.
Good luck and I hope that gets you what you need.
