Hello guys! I applied for the fall 2017 year at Armstrong State, I wanted to see if their is anyone in the same boat as me ! and we can all state our GPAS and Hesi Scores! When do we hear back from them?
Has anyone heard anything? I heard from one person that has applied to the accelerated program and she has received her acceptance email.
Hey so accelerated is different than traditional. I think different time lines as well. I applied to the traditional program and was told we won't know until next week or after that.

Armstrong's nursing program is top notch. They do a very good job at preparing you to take the NCLEX. As far as diversity, it's very (except for males haha- well there were a handful of us but still...). My graduating class had South African, Nigerian, Kenyan, Filipino, Japanese, and Australian students just to name a few. It's definitely a nice blend of people from all around with very different views and yet very similar goals. As far as resources, they are vast as well. The instructors really want you succeed and have been known to put in extra time before and after class to help.
I am a post bac. Student and I am currently attending Armstrong. However I took a few classes at savannah tech because the tuition is much cheaper. I was told that because I am post bac. then they will only look at the following classes: A&P 1&2, elementary stats, Micro, psych 1101, and another psych. I am currently taking microbiology, and I have all A's and 1 C and that's in psychology 1101. I currently have a B in microbiology but pulling for an A. I know it's very competitive I'm concerned about that C. I applied to both programs. This girl that interviewed the day after me has already been accepted to the accelerated so I'm hoping that I'll get in the traditional.

Thank you so much! How is the program ? As far as diversity and all? Was there a lot of resources?
