Didn't see a thread on here for 2022 CRNA cohort at Arkansas State University. Deadline to apply was October 1, but has anyone been called for interview? Trying to figure out if I'm even going to get an interview without nagging the school...I just need to know so I can get on with my life! Trying to be patient, but the waiting game is getting to me. Any update, good news or bad news, would be appreciated at this point! Also, those that do get interviewed/accepted to this program, can you post your stats?
Hi!
I just made a facebook group for SRNA A-state class of 2025.
please feel free to join when you got accepted into the program, so we all can connect ?

hahaha I remember someone telling me 3 yrs ago how much ASU sucks, but I just brushed them off and said I don't care, it's only 35k to go there, I can put up with anything LOL. however, now that I'm about to graduate in a few months I can say this place really sucks! the whole wearing a suit and lab coat whenever you're on campus is ridiculous. there's one teacher that will make your life a living hell, and has failed lots of students, but I've heard they're trying to get rid of him so who knows. it might be a good school after I graduate. are you a student here Bethany?

Good morning,
Hope you’re having a great morning!
First of all, thank you for sharing your experience in school, and congratulations for almost graduating.
I got questions for you:
are you calling out ASU sucks because
a) solely from the comment that they make you wear professional attire and one tough professor?
b) because you believe and insinuating that ASU produces incompetent CRNAs. Which translated as you and your classmates would soon graduate as an incompetent and unsafe CRNAs?
This needs to be investigated further; might also affect their accreditation.
Because when I read any post about a school being suck, my mind went straight to point B - they can’t educate. I’ve never seen a student who’s almost graduate would talk lowly about their own alma-mater before - which would make themselves look very bad in public’s eyes. I also did my research in other university’s thread. They seem to be very appropriate and professional.
All kind of students and professionals read this public thread, so please elaborate what you put yesterday.

Hi Bethany,
I’m actually about to graduate in May from ASU and though the program does have its ups and downs like any other program in the country, it’s still a good program. Every clinical site you go to will have students from other programs that will be dealing with the same issues we have, but every single clinical site has stated that ASU puts out clinically stronger students than any of the others. So, I would check your source on that one. Good chance it’s someone that didn’t perform as well as they thought they would. Anyone is welcome to PM me for questions, I’m an open book and will tell you how it is.

Maybe if you’re not from around, come to Memphis so you can get a good BBQ. ?. Memphis could be fun and we are number 1 the most dangerous city in the nation right now ???
Hey I received my acceptance letter. I didn’t get a chance to this time but I look forward to some good BBQ in the near future. Do you guys know if the first couple of semesters will be online or we’re expected to be on campus this May?
ASUCRNA2022
Can you give us insight into how the first semester is organized? Will we be on campus for the first few semesters, or a few days a week?
I live a couple of hours from campus. Would I need to rent an apartment?
Thanks for any information you can share! I am excited about attending this program, just trying to come up with a plan.
Hey so I interviewed January 11th, which I'm guessing you guys who got acceptance emails did as well. But I haven't gotten an acceptance or denial email or letter. I'm worried I didn't get in, but IDK what to expect. Any advice? Do yall know how many have gotten in or what I should do, if anything??

Hi! I know some people who interviewed few days ago and got their letter already. I think you should call or email the admission officer to ask about your status (I don't think I can say the name in this forum, but you know who it is, LOL).
I think they either accept you after the interview or they put you on the waitlist?
so I made the FB group thing and currently there are 15 people in there, and heard they’re usually accepting 30.
Not sure. Good luck!
To all who got their acceptance letter and signed your intent to progress, the fb page for our cohort is
