Hi, I would check out Providence Training Institute- Medical Assistant Schools Phoenix Arizona - CNA Training Schools. Their CNA tuition includes pretty much everything you will need, even the cost for the State Board of Nursing Exam.

I called and found out that they also have this CNA/PCT program, where you can enroll as a CNA and complete the program as a Patient Care Tech., without having to stop and get work experience as a CNA.

In addition to their programs, their Admin staff is really nice and very helpful. She told me that the class sizes are fairly small (10 students per class).

Hope this helps :)
