Arizona Agency?

I currently work for an agency here in Phoenix, its one that i like very much(MGA). My question is that another keeps calling and offering me every kind of incentive possible. How do I know if they can actually pay me the amount they are offering? Is there a way i can check into local rates? I have been approached with everything from travel bonus, to car allowance and everything in between. Is it best to stay working with the current or cash in and move on? They are a great bunch of guys, and the pay is more then fair.

Something sounds fishy, are you doing hospital per diem or home health?

Local rates are going to vary upon facility, shift, and specialty. So there is no set list, the closest to a list would be what members of the Arizona Hospital Association are paying. It is pretty much a set rate for all agencies, at least in most cases.

All I can say is definitely do your homework for this new company.

I figured the rates would all be pretty close. I really dont feel like changing over to another when im perfectly fine with these guys. I work only hospitals and nursing homes. The good thing about it is that i get paid the same not any less for working a weekday over a weekend. Thank again.
