Are there no legit RT to RN bridge programs online?

Hi everyone! I'm a respiratory therapist interested in nursing and I was wondering if there are any legit accredited RT to RN bridge programs online. Not Excelsior, I know they are accredited, but I've read HORRIBLE reviews about them. I just have my associates degree in respiratory. I was thinking of getting my bachelors in respiratory online then doing an accelerated BSN program in nursing, but I know accelerated BSN programs are EXPENSIVE. I work full time at night and I don't have the money (since you can't work while in school) and time to start an ADN nursing program from scratch.

You have two avenues to pursue: you can either go accelerated or get your ADN first. There's no shortcut.

RTs actually aren't eligible for Excelsior's program any longer, so it sounds like the traditional pathway is it for you. Best of luck!
