Are there good opportunities for FNP professionals in Northern California (San Jose)?

Specifically in San Jose area of California.

Is the pay better compared to working as an RN? I’d appreciate any replies if anyone has knowledge on the topic.

What about in Southern California such as San Diego? Are there good opportunities there?

I am considering doing an online Doctor of Nursing Practice degree with an FNP focus from a school in Colorado possibly.
