Are there any good nursing, educational rescourses on tape or CD?

I have often lamented the time wasted while riding in my car to work and school (although NPR and talk radio are interesting they don't make me a better nurse or student). If not someone should develop a line of interesting case studies, and other educational materials to listen to in the car or while doing housework. I figure in the average year I spend about three hundred and twenty hours driving to and from school alone! That's a great deal of lost time.
