I hope I didn't make a mistake.
Ingenesis contacted me after viewing my resume on Indeed.com. They contacted me about a career working for ICE (immigration customs and enforcement) as an RN. I thought it sounded like an amazing opportunity so I may have made a stupid mistake. I faxed them over all the paperwork that they requested (which was very personal information): their completed paperwork, a SS#, birth certificate, driver's license, and my RN license. They told me that in order to tour the ICE facility they must run a background check first.
I did research on this company and they sounded legit, but I still feel like something is wrong, mostly because the information I faxed over was so personal.
Do you or do you know anyone who has worked for Ingenesis? Can you share experiences? Should I be concerned?

I applied for a job with them and felt the same way, but did end up doing the site visit-- they are legit. I think they need all this stuff because of the nature of the job. I untimately did not get the job, as I am a fairly new nurse, but it seemed like a good opportunity that paid very well.
Sigh of relief.. I appreciate your response!
