I go to Ivy Tech and was just wondering if any of you noticed that A's are just like not given out? I've always had a 4.0 GPA throughout college...was a business major for 2 years prior to turning to nursing and I am getting 1 B and 2 C's. I have not heard anyone in class say they're getting good grades. Is it like this everywhere?
It is possible to get in with a B, but the TEAS test needs to be in the 80s or higher. I had a B in English, which cost me 5 points and I had an 85.something on the TEAS. I got into the TEAS. Someone who had all As, but had a 78 on the TEAS got in, but they were on the waiting list first.
I am considering transferring to Ivy Tech from St. Louis, I have already taken English here, should I retake it and get an A to be safe? I'm getting really nervous about these test scores! I've never heard of a TEAS test. So I'm worried about that too! How long does it take to graduate once you are accepted?

I just wanted to piggyback on kgle's response, "Lawrence takes 60 students for each cohort." Lawrence takes 60 LPN students and 60 RN students, for a total of 120 students.
