I work in the ED for 6 months now and was appointed by manager (through a formal letter) to be a shift supervisor and to reperesent our unit in the Education and Research Council, but I have no idea what exactly is the role of a nurse representing on the Education and Research. anyone have any ideas? Also, is clinical ladder a good move to do?
