Applying to veeb for fall of 2014 has anyone taken the entrance exam this year and how was it?

Does anyone remember the entrance exam at all? I took the test 3 time including the bridge. I always score a 12 on the Vocab and Reading. The last score I got on the Math I scored higher than the first 2 times but not enough to get in. Ms.Taylor said I made simple mistakes. I think I have anxiety when it comes to Math especially Algebra. The first test I took was easy now that I look back, and they kept get harder. I want to try again but obviously, I need help. Can someone tell me what I can study or where I can find a good tutor? I wish Ms. Taylor tutored...sigh

I got a 12.9 on both math and reading and got in. Your scores are definitely high enough you jus have to beat the crowd to get it

Yea study simple math. Fractions, division, adding etc. You must know the basics otherwise you will be overwelmed in the program. Tons of dosage calculations!

Ms. NurseHopeful88 I think I can get through the program because I want this so bad. I will never be myself if I never go through nursing school once. I don't give up easily as you can see from me keep going back to take the entrance exam. I do not plan to work when I'm in school, I want VEEB because of the hours because I have 2 kids. I just need to relax and study to get through this entrance exam. I know the basics, but the anxiety takes over.

I don't know when they are testing again for the next year but practice practice practice. The entrance exam is easy compared to the dosage calculations they make us do. As long as you focus you can get through the program. I don't have kids but I have two jobs and work over 40hrs a week an I am doing fine. You can do it!

I don't remember specifically but they give you a calculator and you have about 40 min to do it. Fractions, division, multiplication etc. but pay attention to the directions for when they tell you to round and such.

For those who took the test/interview, can anyone let me know how long the whole process is (interview+test) and what time I can expect to be done? Also, how in depth is the interview? Thank you! :)

I don't know about the interview but the test is less than an hour and half. I am in the program now and I never had an interview. Only the test.
