Hello all, I will be applying for the University of Miami CRNA program in 2018. I was just looking for people with a similar interest and students that are already SRNAs there. Any advice on interviews, program itself, stats on yourself, any other general info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!

Hello, I also plan on applying for UM's CRNA program in 2018.
Thank you for your reply! How far along are you in the process?
I have my recommendation letters. I'm taking introduction to organic and biochemistry. You?
That's great! I am about to take a online patho and stats class next month. Have not worked on my rec letters yet. Although I should probably get on that! Looking into shadowing a CRNA as well. Was thinking about volunteering somewhere as well. I hear it might help. Not sure where I will do that yet. Are you from Florida? Are you on FB?
Where are you taking the Intro to stats? Yes I am from Miami,Florida. on Facebook at Berlin Vincent.
I am going to be doing it through University of phoenix as I attended there to get my BSN. Just easier for me to get a class and less transcripts that have to be mailed.
I sent you a message on FB! It is great meeting you! I look forward to hopefully starting school together!

Hello, I will also be applying for the UM CRNA program in 2018. Have you heard anything on how long the Statement of Purpose should be or any other details on it?

I am also planning on applying in 2018. I'm also open to any insight about the program. If I get in I'll be moving from Michigan, so it'll definitely be a change but I'm excited!
Usually it is 1-2 pages... I would try to keep it at one page if possible. No other details I know of except what is on the webpage.
