Applying to Saipan with PRC License

Hello!

A friend of mine asked me what to include in the BON Saipan NCLEX application if she got her PRC license card. Does she need some kind of certification from PRC? Or just a photocopy of her license?

Verification must always come from the licensing board, it is never accepted directly from the nurse. Even in the US, if we are endorsing, we need to follow this same rule.

can you please clarify this? I'm applying for CALI BRN and it specifically says, application and other forms should be submitted together with photocopy of diploma/license that allows you to practice nursing in your country. I am somewhat confused. Except for CES and CGFNS which has a form that actually asked the local licensing board to submit certification that indeed the applicant is licensed to practice nursing, CALI BRN application don't have that kind of form. Correct me if I'm wrong.
