Applying Nursing School-Low GPA

Hi. My GPA is a 2.56 due to some classes from my undergraduate years. Im trying to go to an LPN to RN bridge or an RN program. Do you guys know programs in person or online that could take me with my GPA in Georgia?  It's kind of difficult with my GPA on the lower end Thanks.
