Long story short. I've been a traveler for 3 1/2 years but need to take a permanent position. Accepted a job but its not working out. Its very disorganised nurses not working together etc. So I decided to start applying at other hospitals. The question is ... If I get an interview how should I say that I'm quitting after only 3 mos. I don't want them to think I can't get along with difficult situations .... I'm actually very good at that.

Hello Misty1,
Don't even mention that your quitting after only 3 months. Here is my suggestion " I am looking for an organization where I can apply my skills and training, have opportunities for career advancements, and most of all where I can make a difference in peoples lives".
Another suggestion is that you should go online and look up frequently used questions that interviewers are most likely to ask you, answer them, and study them. Remember to be creative, honest, and most of all, be yourself. If you do this, you will nail any interview, because you will be prepared. I've done this and got the job I wanted.
