Here's my situation:
I recently graduated from The Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC) in Charleston with my BSN and took NCLEX last Tuesday, passing it (huzzah!). I therefore have a current and active South Carolina RN license.
Here's the twist: I'm moving to Atlanta January 1st.
I've begun the application process to get my license transferred to Georgia, but of yet I don't have an active Georgia license. Is it worth applying to jobs before I receive the Georgia license, or will recruiters/HR/managers not give me a second look because I'm not yet licensed in the state for which I'm applying?
Thanks in advance for your help!

Healthcare employers are very accustomed to dealing with applicants who are licensed somewhere else but not yet licensed in the state they would be moving to. It's no big deal -- go ahead and start applying.
