Hi and good day!
I just graduated and got my BSN degree in the philippines. I am a US citizen from cali and did not intend to take the Philippine board exam for I found it something that I did not need since I only came to the PH for the BSN degree because it was more affordable.
Anyways I came here today to ask for help on how can I apply for the California licensure exam?

There is only one exam for RN licensure in the US...that is called NCLEX-RN and all states use this same exam. Each state, however, determines who qualifies to take the NCLEX-RN exam and there are specific requirements within each of the states for applicants who attended a program outside of the US. For California, the requirements are explained here:

It is self explanatory and the links to the application site is posted. The fingerprint clearance requirement is not clarified but can be referred to here:

Hello, I'm also a graduate from the Philippines and a US citizen. CBRN requires diploma or license for the NCLEX yet following my application shows deficiency of 'foreign nursing license'. I've heard that license is required if it's applicable, if not, diploma will suffice. Will this deficiency go away once I completed my other documents? Or do I have to take the local board exam?
