  1. Is Foreign Nursing License Required? NCLEX-RN California Application

    Hello, I'm a graduate from the Philippines and a US citizen. CBRN requires diploma or license for the NCLEX yet following my application shows deficiency of 'foreign nursing license'. I've heard that license is required if it's applicable, if not, diploma will suffice. Will this deficiency go away once I completed my other documents? Or do I have to take the local board exam?
