Hi. I'm a junior, majoring in music right now. I was wondering if I can apply to direct-entry MSN programs during my senior year. Most schools require proof of graduation with a bacc. degree. Do I need to wait until AFTER graduation to apply to a direct-entry MSN and/or ABSN programs? Wow, planning out my roadmap to nursing school is much harder than I thought!!!!!!

I'd call up the schools and ask - it's faster, easier, and much more authoritative than asking people here with at most half a clue. My best guess, though, is that you would be admitted conditionally while waiting on your proof-of-graduation and final transcript. However, asking those specific programs is always the best route.
Additionally, do you have all your prereqs done for every school you're applying to? I ask as there's not a whole lot of overlap between those and the courses required for a Music degree.
